Toyota Material Handling Europe is looking for a Senior Automation Specialist to join its Marketing and Sales department in Willebroek, Belgium. As a Senior Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for several tasks involving product and solution launches, campaigns and promotions and general support of the marketing team.

Fonction

You are a valued team member, as a Senior Automation Specialist you will work cross-functionally with many other departments. Our teams support each other in a reciprocal manner in an atmosphere of respect, motivation, and creativity. Most often, you will work with:

• Our Marketing team, as you will create content for Strategic, Operational and Digital Marketing. You will support our entire marketing department to achieve quality results that support our goals and engage customers. You will be especially close to Digital Marketing, as you will contribute to all our online channels, they will support you with the creation of online material and monitoring campaigns
• Logistic Solutions (Integration) and partners to understand our automation features and their benefits and turn them in to stories or other content
• Suppliers, as you will manage expenditure to maximise ROI

More specifically you will:

• Introduce and promote our automation products and logistic solutions in line with our guidelines
• Create, develop, and produce inspiring and motivational stories, sales campaigns, and promotions
• Turn concepts and ideas into strategic launch plans for holistic selling/positioning
• Implement marketing communication plans for launches, campaigns, and communication
• Develop KPI’s and PDCA routines to analyse and monitor campaign performance
• Research the automation market to spot trends
• Develop case studies on our industry or products through testimonials and inbound material
• Support products (software/hardware) from launch until phase out
• Consistently create, adapt, and edit content and align it with our other content
• Research the technical properties of products and solutions and translate industry terminology to customers through clear and persuasive argumentation
• Manage a project budget effectively through internal resources and external suppliers

Profil

Of course, you understand the automation market like no other thanks to competitor and trend research and can easily identify USP opportunities for our software and hardware.

• You have a university degree or the equivalent in experience in the profession or industry
• Experience or extensive knowledge of the automation market (AGF/AGV/AMR) is considered an advantage
• You are structured and have an eagle’s eye view when it comes to details
• You are inquisitive, critical, and analytical, software/ hardware technologies do not stress you out and you know how to set KPI’s and measure and act upon campaign results
• You are a great communicator and negotiator and enjoy working with people, you align your plans with stakeholders in LS(I) and marketing although you are comfortable with handling projects on your own as well
• You are creative and have a fresh yet consistent approach; you can uniquely highlight what differentiates Toyota’s automation processes and communicate it on different channels
• You have a can-do leadership attitude; you take initiative to develop ideas (and admin routines) and you take responsibility to carry out the common goal in your project
• You understand that some projects have a sensitive nature (work under NDA)
• You’re fluent in English, both verbally and written
• Deadlines or pressure are no problem for you, you keep your cool through impeccable time management
• You have a university degree or the equivalent in experience in the profession or industry
• You are proficient in the core packages of Microsoft Office
• You have a basic understanding of the latest digital tools and techniques, like 3D and XR
• You don’t mind travelling from time to time
