Our client, active in the banking sector, is looking for a Senior Recruiter for their Staffin and Internal Mobility team (+- 10 people).

Your tasks:
  • You are responsible for the fast and qualitative allocation of internal and external vacancies in the assigned business areas: Definition of recruitment needs, creation of job descriptions in collaboration with the business, CV screening, interviews, salary negotiations, onboarding.
  • You work closely with the hiring managers and HR business partners. You will compare requirements, establish the desired profile and conduct competency-based interviews.
  • You participate in the onboarding of new employees.
  • You will manage social networks and establish contacts with (potential) candidates and get them excited about working for your company.
  • You participate in job fairs and represent the company at universities and colleges. You develop a privileged collaboration with these schools and universities
in order to facilitate the arrival of talent in our bank.

Your profile

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • At least 3 years experience in a recruitment/talent acquisition role, preferably in the banking or financial sector
  • Very good knowledge of French and Dutch (able to work in both languages).
  • Committed and motivated.
