The Snr Sales Process Specialist will be responsible for executing the sales enablement strategy. In this role, you will serve as a partner in developing and sustaining solutions that make our sales teams more effective and efficient through a mix of tools, processes and technologies that will drive customer driven growth. You will be involved in continuous improvement, sales training, sales processes, sales tools adoption and business development support in order to increase engagement and effectiveness of our sales organization. Key Accountabilities
Build, own and execute on a roadmap to further streamline selected sales processes (for example, account planning or customer segmentation) across broad stakeholder groups and monitor success of these initiative.
In alignment with processes develop, deploy, change manage and ensure adoption of sales enabling tools.
Collaborate with the commercial teams to create a coaching program for managers to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to lead their commercial teams effectively and drive customer driven growth.
Partner with key commercial stakeholders to drive content curation initiatives to deliver both internal and external insights related to market, industry, and consumer trends.
Collaborate with business process owners in Global Centers of Excellence and the various Product Groups to design and deploy prioritized processes or technology solutions.
Independently handle complex issues while escalating and proposing solutions only for the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Working experience in designing and implementing new processes and tools
Commercial experience supporting sales and marketing teams
Minimum of four years of related work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience using content management tools
Experience with customer relationship management tools
Experience in enabling sales people to become more effective
