The Senior Software Support Specialist is a unique opportunity tocontribute in a meaningful way and help preserve the company’s reputation and business. In this role, the Senior Support Specialist will:
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures and products
  • Provide moderately complex technical support and assistance to clients via email or phone and/or other remote methods.
  • Understand back-end system configuration
  • Read and troubleshoot system logs (AppDynamics, Splunk etc.)
  • Write and run necessary SQL queries to identify customers’ issues
  • Help Client Care team with customers’ requests
  • Mentor new and existing team members
  • Fully understand Escalation process
  • Fully understand Change management process
  • Enrich Knowledge base by writing KB articles that can be used internally and by customers
  • Maintain relationship with specific subset of customers (one or more). Intimately understands their systems, organizes weekly/biweekly/monthly calls, escalates customer’s concerns and similar
  • Gain or attained full proficiency in one specific area (SME) of discipline.
  • Work under moderate supervision.

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
  • Good understanding of computer systems, web-based applications, and SaaS models
  • Experience with providing software support to Enterprise SaaS clients
  • Moderate knowledge of network security practice
  • Intermediate SQL scripting knowledge not required but desirable
  • Intermediate JavaScript knowledge not required but desirable
