Help shape the future of the company
As Senior Talent Manager you are responsible for developing and executing a long-term talent management and organisational development strategy which will complement the business strategy:
- You evaluate the current organisational design to make propositions towards a new future-proof structure in line with the corporate principles, costs and change benefits, and you implement these in order for the organisation to reach its objectives.
- You design and manage a talent management strategy to further enhance the learning and development initiatives, as well as a strategic workforce planning based on the gaps and needs of the current talent pool.
- You implement performance management methods and processes which benefit the company’s succession and career planning and you support people managers in applying these methods and processes.
- You prepare the organisation for current and future challenges regarding the labour market, remuneration, home office, COVID-19 and other challenges that may affect the company.
- You are an active member of one or more global task forces related to HR practices, initiated by the global HR team.
- You actively participate in the company strategy setting process and related long-term operational & business plan, including defining clear company objective and goals.
- You are a member of the EVAL Europe management team and report to VP Manufacturing & Technology.
Profile
- You preferably have a Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- You have a proven track record in organisational design and talent management, either as a senior consultant or as a senior HR professional. Working experience in an international environment is a plus.
- You possess strong analytical skills and can easily understand, evaluate and improve strategies.
- You develop new methods and processes independently. You can implement and execute these successfully with the support of others.
- You work hands-on and show entrepreneurship and organisational ownership.
- You are a strong communicator creating an impact on every level within a company and you are fluent in Dutch and English.
