Service Delivery Manager Data

Sopra Steria is currently looking for a Services Delivery Manager - Data to strengthen its Infrastructure Managed Services Business Unit.

The right candidate will manage the relationship management with our clients and ensure a quality delivery.

Your Mission:

• You are part of the global management team of the Customer and you are accountable for a dedicated scope.
• You understand the Customer agile organization, objectives and projects to anticipate their needs and bring value to the Customer.
• You ensure the success of Sopra Steria engagements to the Customer.
• You lead the governance with the Customer.
• You create proximity and relationship with customer key profiles (Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Chapter Leads,…).
• You keep proximity with your team members and create a real community mindset with all consultants working on your scope.
• You lead Sopra Steria team and ensure the day-to-day operational on your dedicated scope.
• You ensure the staffing from needs description to onboarding on customer project (includes interview and contractual aspects) with support of HR.
• You detect new opportunities and initiate the sales process accordingly.
• You are accountable for the contracts linked to Sopra Steria engagement.
• You ensure the financial follow-up to reach Sopra Steria financial target.
• You act as a backup of the Global Delivery Manager of the Customer.

Your Profile:

• Similar experience of 5-8 years
• Leadership, ownership and autonomy
• Open-minded, flexible, structured, problem solving and pro-active
• Fluent in English and at least French or Dutch

Your Knowledge/experience:

• Deep understanding of the Banking domain
• Previous experience in a Data environment is mandatory
• Previous experience in managing Xshore teams is a plus
• Very good communication skills to ensure good relationship to all stakeholders (internally and at customer)
