The BNP Global Channels Connexis lifecycle is an international department and its team of Specialized servicing and implementation / lifecycling connexis is searching for an officer for the daily tasks for an Interim assignment (until the end of the year).

Tasks

  • Receive the request of the customer to adapt their connexis contract.
  • Be able to verify the request of the client and check that all the informations are present.
  • Take contact (FR-NL-EN) with the client in case some information is not completed.
  • Prepare the contract that must be sent to the client.
  • Check with the colleagues, if the documentation can be sent to the client.
  • Check with the other teams to verify the signatures on the contracts.
  • Prepare a Jira to ask the back-offices to encode the modification requested.
  • Update the different lists.
Requirements

  • IT tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PDF) - mandatory. MS Office - preferable
  • Relevant economic education
  • Experience in the financial sector is a plus
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
