For a period of 6 months PepsiCo Northern Europe is looking for YOU – the greatest young talent. What is it exactly?! Well, in short, you will be occupied full time with a variety of projects, immediate responsibilities and many learning within the business environment. Indeed, not only on-the-job learning but we will also develop you into a true professional. What that means? Mentoring sessions, a buddy program, skills training, consistent feedback, immediate responsibilities and the possibility to take up your own projects . No kidding, you will rock .

Responsibilities:
How this internship looks like?

As a Shopper Marketing Intern you will be closely working with an experienced shopper marketer on digital visualities, briefings for agencies and dedicated projects. By working with internal and external stakeholders you will learn how to communicate and expand your planning skills. One of your main responsibility will be making sure that our in-store displays attract consumer’s attention.

What else we can offer you as a Shopper Marketing Intern :

  • Get the unique opportunity to support the shopper marketing team by creating inspiring shopfloor campaigns that stand out both online and offline.
  • You are included in the complete shopper activation plan, based on the brand strategies and insights, starting with the creative briefing, the implementation afterwards and ending with the evaluation.
  • Building brand awareness & brand conversion by bringing our brands to life: you will understand and be able to influence shopper behavior.
  • You will learn more about the Organized Trade (= retail), Away From Home (= Horeca, Petrol,…) and Online channels in Belgium.
  • Gain practical marketing experience with major (inter)national brands!
Qualifications:

Who are you?

  • A Bachelor or Master degree student within International Business or Marketing
  • Fluent in English & Dutch
  • Someone sociable, proactive within the hands-on mentality
  • An organized person with a result-oriented focus
  • A multitasker sticking to the deadlines with attention to the details
  • Passionate and motivated to work with our strong and big brands
