Our IT department consists of 20 passionate colleagues who provide innovative solutions both on the insurance market and for our partners. We have developed our own applications for the business and we work on artificial intelligence, web application development and ERP implementation. The fun and open atmosphere, the good work-life balance and room for creativity are things that make us special.

We also offer various technical training courses to keep developing your skills. Provided both internally and from our external consultants.

D.A.S. is expanding its in-house expertise in testing automation to help with its fast-evolving and fast-growing business functions and internalized developments. It is the medium and long-term objective of the company to establish a strong in-house development and testing capacity.

We are looking for a strong Software engineer in test automation with good communication skills to support this objective.

Jouw speeltuin

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, develop and ship new features for our web applications

  • Follow software development and review processes
  • Implement e2e-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
  • Analyze and report about sustainability and performance.

Dit kan je aanvinken

  • 2+ years of Test Driven Development, End-to-End and Integration Testing experience;
  • Solid technical knowledge in JavaScript, Python, XML;
  • Knowledge and/or experience with the following technologies: HTML5, CSS3, HTTP, REST, JSON, SQL, Git;
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and effective verbal communication skills;
  • Proactive attitude towards improving processes and finding new solutions to challenging business problems;
  • You are creative, solution-oriented and enjoy working within a multi-disciplinary team;
  • You are able to plan and coordinate your work;
  • You can express yourself in one of the national language (Dutch/French) and in English.

Nice to have:

  • Strong knowledge of Odoo framework;
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Gitlab CI/CD;
  • Experience in Agile principles (Agile Manifesto) and Scrum principles;
  • You have a passive understanding of the other national language.
