Full-time - Multidisciplinary team

The Lemon Tree continues to grow! We are currently building a full additional multi-disciplinary, agile development team.

The team you will be part of works for one of our clients, helping them identify and translate digital opportunities into customized digital solutions. What do your tasks consist of?

  • You understand the needs and problems of our customers on a strategic level and you translate them into specific technical solutions
  • Responsible for the full scope of the project and ensuring smooth cooperation between the parties involved
  • Monitor the time, cost and quality of the project and adjust if necessary

What qualities do you have?

  • A master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science) is a must!
  • At least 3 years’ experience in development and business analysis/project management
  • It is no problem for you to tackle strategic issues by the roots, but also to discuss technical issues.
  • You know the ins and outs of the most common programming languages (e.g. Java, HTML5 and Javascript) and you keep up with the latest developments in your field
  • By nature, you are a problem solver and can communicate your views to stakeholders
