Why do we need you ?

  • Exceed customers’ expectations. You are results oriented,

which leads to effective customer interactions allowing you

to understand and anticipate their needs.

  • You are responsible for creating designs, validating

production drawings and supporting the manufacturing

site.

  • You will be part of multiple Technical projects within one or

more technical platforms where you actively support in

new developments (material, design, testing, simulation,…)

  • You are taking the lead in seal performance analysis by

doing a thorough analysis of returned seals and by

summarizing findings and forming a conclusion in an 8D

report.

  • You assist sales and market leaders in customer meetings

with your technical expertise.

  • You have autonomy and are encouraged to identify,

propose and develop designs in relation to growing

markets and applications such as hydrogen.

Is this job for you ?

  • MS or BS with more than 1 year of experience in Mechanical

engineering, Material Science or any related fields.

  • Able to listen, work and communicate with very diverse

audience (operation, technical experts, customers, business

leaders).

  • Experience in project planning and management. You lead

multiple projects and ensure effective documentation.

  • Experience in design and analysis of experiments to

support scientific understanding and to independently

come with cost effective designs.

  • Creative and collaborative leadership. You bring ideas to

the table and your interactions with team members leads

to fruitful discussions, allowing you to anticipate challenges

and identify immediate and future project needs.

  • Knowledge of simulation,tribology and advanced forming

methods is appreciated.
