Job Description
The scope of our mission is to reinforce a team to strengthen project governance and change management practices to secure operational continuity and stakeholder alignment.
The Key responsibilities expected from our on-site delegate might include:
As a PMO Associate Consultant
- Collect and formalize change requests on processes and tools.
- Apply established standards and templates.
- Document simple impacts (processes, data, compliance).
- Contribute to the update of communication flows and RACI.
- Monitor change KPIs: cycle time, errors, SLAs, adoption.
- Participate in the capitalization of lessons learned.
- Define and harmonize methodologies (PMBOK, Prince2, Agile, Lean, Hybrid).
- Implement governance frameworks (RACI, gates, compliance).
- Manage the evaluation of 360° impacts (organization, processes, IT, regulatory).
- Structure change management (transition plans, communication, coaching).
- Guide and engage stakeholders via ADKAR or Prosci.
- Audit project performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Master degree in a technical domain or equivalent.
- Junior: 1-4 years of experience in methodological support or change management.
- Senior: 5-10+ years of experience in project governance and change management.
- Experience with MS Project, Primavera, advanced Excel, and Power BI
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, ITIL, or Agile are considered a plus.
- Fluent in French and English, Dutch is an asset depending on the region.
- An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra-professional or extra-academic is a great start).
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Presence in Belgium is preferred, with valid Single permit for non-EU citizens.
- Rigor, organization, and result orientation.
- Excellent written and oral communication, including with clients.
- Ability to work with project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Adaptability and learning mindset for juniors, autonomy for experienced profiles.
- Leadership and influence skills for senior profiles (quality reviews, client reference role).
For the sake of Business reactivity, priority is being given to candidates who are already living in Belgium and are available rapidly.
