Description

The SAP Sales & Administration support specialist is supporting the SAP project customer track team members (process excellence team members) and the customer care team during the Foamglas SAP project phases (before, during, and after Go live).

The role reports to the EU Customer Leader Foamglas Building.

Responsibilities & Mission
  • She/he will help in data preparation, order conversion, process documentation, support to the team members pre and post go live (testing, order conversion, training), and any other need before, during and after GO Live in May 23.
  • She/he ensures data accuracy in the system (e.g., price list in SAP) & help to maintain correct data or validate data as per need
  • She/he supports and add value to the European Customer Care Team from an in-depth understanding of systems and flows and participating in the continuity of service and via day-to-day support and occasional back-ups for customer order entry as per need.
  • She/he participates in the continuous improvement of processes and Customer Care Team expertise and know-how in terms of workflow and system utilization.
  • She/he actively participates in system implementation or development projects, translating business needs into system possibilities and flows.
  • She/he is an active member of the Customer Care team organization and is contributing to the team collaboration, meetings & activities.
  • She/he collaborates with other functions such as planning, logistics as per need: for Supply Chain projects including SAP or processes or to help to solve issues.
  • She/he may help in providing training or expertise to team members or newcomers.
Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification (Education and Experience)
  • An experience in a Customer Care/Customer service role is a +
  • SAP EXPERIENCE WITH SD MODULE IS REQUIRED
