Job Description

As a Stakeholder Manager, you will be responsible for managing all contacts between the various stakeholders in large, international projects related to sustainable energy where our client is the main contractor.

Stakeholders in this context include the client, joint-venture partners, suppliers, subcontractors, certification bodies, and more.

A selection of your tasks:

  • Interface management between all involved parties throughout the entire project duration.
  • Sole point of contact for all matters related to project certification.
  • Close collaboration with Engineering and Execution teams regarding certification and verification on-site.
  • Sole point of contact for all matters related to project risk management, as informed by the team.
  • Coordination of employer deliverables, such as proper transmission of information from the client and certain permits required by the client to execute the project scope at a specific location.
  • You will work from the headquarters in the Turnhout region and from the production site in Dordrecht. Hotel stays may be required.
Profile
  • Engineer (e.g., Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Energy, ...) or Business Engineer.
  • Initial work experience, for example in stakeholder management, project management, engineering, procurement, planning, project monitoring, etc.
  • Proactive | results-oriented | commercial | communicative | team player.
  • Fluent communication in English.
