We are searching for a Start-Up Lead for an ambitious ATMP project in a leading biotech company. If you’re motivated by challenges, innovation, and process automation in a dynamic environment, keep reading : you could be the perfect fit !

???? Your mission:

  • Collaborate with and support the Expansion Projects Operational Readiness Lead and Operations Engineers to ensure smooth project initiation and operational readiness.
  • Implement new systems and processes in a manufacturing environment.
  • Work closely with operators and maintenance engineers to facilitate process mapping and translate end user requirements into technical design and GMP compliance.
  • Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions for manual processes, especially in clean room environments or via Isolator technology.
  • Define the technical and GMP requirements for automated solutions, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

???? What about you :

  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on systems, processes, and GMP compliance.
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field (such as Biotechnology, Engineering, or similar).
  • Expertise in process automation, especially in automating manual tasks in complex environments (clean rooms, Isolator technology).
  • Strongteam player who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to drive innovation in your field.
  • Fluent in Englishand Dutch, as communication with operators (who primarily speak Dutch) is essential.
