The Dare To Do More Challenge is an exciting opportunity to develop people early in their careers to help them reach their full potential. We do this by exposure to a breadth of Supply Chain experience coupled with broad business understanding and exciting development program

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A GRADUATE

The Supply Chain Graduate Program is a two-year rotational program, starting from September 2023. You will rotate several times between our End-To-End Supply Chain function (Logistics, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, etc.) across several locations in either Belgium or The Netherlands, building a broad Supply Chain understanding during this exciting development program. What’s unique about our Supply Chain program? The fact that together with you, we will look at your own field of interest to make sure we develop you as a professional for your next steps in our organization. On top of our Supply Chain Graduate Program, you will also be part of our Graduate Development Program. A 1 year on top program gathering ambitious colleagues across PepsiCo North West Europe to cross-functionally work together on a project sponsored by our Leadership Team. Sounds interesting?
