Finding the best solution customised for stakeholders, for business processes, It systems and work methods. That is the challenge you will take on as a Solution Analyst with Colruyt Group IT. Your task package as a solution analyst:

• You will start working in the interesting domain of Business Intelligence and Information and operate in both large and small multidisciplinary teams to work on various projects. Your focus? The continuous improvement of existing IT systems and processes or collaborating in new IT systems and processes.
• You build sustainable relationships with your stakeholders and think along with partners, architects and developers about possible IT and process solutions. You then propose these solutions to your internal customer.
• You transform the needs of the business into specific solutions. In doing so, your guiding principles are simplicity, efficiency and feasibility.
• You analyse and describe the functional and non-functional behaviour of systems and their interactions via UML or other standard modelling tools.
• You implement process improvements. You ensure that our co-workers and partners can work efficiently.
• You will set clear work instructions for the use of a new or adapted internal system. This way, the system can be correctly and easily explained to the users.
• You will be the owner of one or more solutions (software or services/SaaS) and guarantee that these run smoothly, have a roadmap, that the documentation is up-to-date and you will report about your solutions (SLAs, licenses, incidents, etc.)

You will work in Halle, Deinze or Haasrode and can telework 2 to 3 days a week.

Profile:

• Knowledge and experience - You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and affinity with IT, functional analyses and process improvements. Knowledge of UML or Lean Management is an asset.
• Critical and analytical thinking- You easily distinguish details from the essence, so that you immediately recognise the real bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Customer-oriented -In this job as a solution analyst you have intensive contacts with your internal partners. So your communication skills are excellent. You can get along with all kinds of personalities, you are discreet and you easily develop professional relationships.
• Planning skills- You are great at planning and you make sure that everyone sticks to that planning during projects.
• Enthusiasm- You are committed, assertive and convincing: you can lead meetings and work groups, give presentations, etc.
• Languages - You communicate with clarity in English and can thus convey information smoothly to colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
