We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who should be based preferably in Antwerp - Belgium and alternatively in Bergen op Zoom - Netherlands to design and lead the execution of our TA Delivery strategy for Benelux markets.

Your day to day:
  • Lead and support recruitment activities and facilitate selection process from sourcing to onboarding with a strong focus on ensuring an optimal candidate and hiring managers experience and process efficiency for the business.
  • Partner with P&C and the business and act as a key TA advisor, driving TA agenda, linked to business strategy and ensuring consistency of delivery for Benelux markets. Be main TA point of contact for the Cluster. – combined from different point
  • In collaboration with other People & Culture and Finance colleagues, monitor Hiring Forecasts from stakeholders to identify the number of hires required in the year and to then be able to allocate the right resources to support the local demand
  • Adopt Global TA strategy and translate it into a local TA Plan including TA Delivery, Candidate Attraction, Global Talent Sourcing, Employer Branding & Early Careers, always in alignment with the business needs. In collaboration with Global Candidate Attraction, put in place and drive execution of Candidate Attraction plan for the Cluster with the aim to increase awareness about PMI employer brand and inflow of candidates in Benelux.
  • Manage external vendors (recruitment agencies, outsourcing, etc) in order to ensure the resources for timely and qualitative business needs coverage.
? Provide budget inputs and track spend against agreed budgets to ensure agency spend and other associated TA costs remain in the budget – remove this piece: allocated by the Head Of TA Delivery
? Tracking of data and input into local and global reporting on a monthly basis to share the outputs of TA Delivery with P&C, Finance and the business including vacancy status, project delivery and TA Plan/objectives progress. Support market decisions with TA/ market related data in close collaboration with Global TA team.

We are looking for:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency)
  • University degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or similar due to previous experience
  • Solid problem-solving and logic reasoning skills
  • Highly organized with a sense of urgency and can-do attitude
  • Good communication and relational skills at all levels in the organization, being comfortable working independently as well as in a team
  • Strong market knowledge (Belgium or Netherlands, preferably both)
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus
  • EU Work permit
