The Talent Acquisition Manager is end-to-end responsible for all Talent Acquisition & Recruitment matters within 4P square and will thereby work both strategically and operationally. This includes development and ownership of the Talent Acquisition & Recruitment management vision, strategy, plan & budget. An important & main responsibility is also operational; to assure for each opportunity within 48 hours the right talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible to manage the back-up recruiter(s) and reports to the Managing director.
Principal responsibilities for this position are:
- Your first and most important role is continuously hunting, searching, assessing, and selecting freelance and payroll consultants and match them with marketing & sales interim/consulting assignments at the top 1500 Belgian companies.
- Find within 48 hours the right talent for open interim/consulting assignments, inform/negotiate with the consultants, and make a proposal to the account manager of 4P square.
- Continuously hunt, select & acquire the right talent, payroll & freelance.
- Develop the employer brand on all touchpoints, together with marketing, to generate a permanent stream of new payroll and freelance talent.
- Supervise, build, and will keep our database/talent pool of consultants up to date.
- Coordination & management of the back up recruiter(s).
- Contribute to and support the Loyalty & Satisfaction of 4P square team members (payroll and freelance consultants).
- Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Strategy & Management: set a clear vision, strategy, plan, and budget for Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Participate in 4P square strategy development, business planning, QBR, monthly MT meetings, … thereby representing the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment side.
- Implementation of the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Strategy & Management.
Experience & Competences:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Able to hunt for freelance and payroll talent and match them with opportunities within 48 hours.
- Experience in interim management, consultancy firm, marketing environment or B2B services is a clear asset.
- Very computer literate (CRM, Outlook, Excel, and Word) + knowledge of recruitmenttools
- Fluent in Dutch and (written) English, very good knowledge of French.
- Excellent interview skills.
- Stress resistant, flexible, proactive, commercial, can-do mentality, excellent communication, organisational, planning & time management skills. And last but not least excellent soft skills, listens, can coach, stimulate and motivate, is able to build relationships with internal and external persons and works well in team.
- Strategic vision whilst also hands-on and autonomous to take on- and deliver operational tasks.
- Commercial attitude, able to support the company’s objectives and able to negotiate consulting fees with freelance consultants.
Education:
Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
