We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our team in Ghent!

Description

  • You actively source and approach qualified candidates
  • To be successful, you build your own network of clients and best candidates on the market
  • Younegotiate the terms with the customers
  • Conducting telephone interviews and screening applicants is part of your daily tasks
  • You are responsible for the entire recruitment process

Profiles
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
  • You have the necessary entrepreneurial skills and assertiveness
  • You are disciplined and always want to be number 1 !
