Mission

Manages the HR function and rolls out the HR policy defined at Group level by promoting the Group’s values and sense of belonging. Is the management’s business partner for HR development and social relations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assimilates and rolls out the Group’s policy: develops the Group’s projects, ensures application of HR principles, contributes to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the Group in collaboration with senior management

  • Draws up the HR policy of his/her scope

  • Is the guarantor of the management of resources in agreement with his/her management: validates recruitment requirements and ensures the continuous adjustment of the workforce

  • Anticipates job requirements and the skills needed by the organization: has a forward-looking vision on the developement of businesses, organizations, etc.

  • HR development : ensures the management of talents, defines the training policy, initiates and supports change, etc.

  • Oversees personnel administration: ensures payroll compliance, C&B strategy, etc.

  • Compliance and Employee Relations: ensures compliance with federal, state/province, and local regulations

  • Ensures the management of his/her sector: training, professional development, identification of valuable employees

Profile

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 6-7 years of experience
