THE SCOPE

With 30 years of history, today Gaming1 is one of the international leaders in both land-based and online games of chance (casino games, sports betting and poker). Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting-edge jobs. As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a "Trader Paris Sportifs" to join its Betting team.

You will join a dynamic team where you will carry out the day-to-day operational tasks necessary for the proper management of one or several national or international sports betting websites. You will also take part in the research and development of new features in the product, including by testing them and making reports about these tests.

YOUR ROLE

• Select the leagues / matches / markets to offer according to interest and local legislation
• Define the margins associated with the dimensions on the different providers / flows
• Regularly benchmark the competitive offer (in terms of content and price) and thus constantly adapt that of our various sites
• Monitor the odds and their evolution to anticipate risky situations (Dropping, Value Betting, Surebets with another site or with the Exchange market, ...)
• Manage financial risks on content on an ongoing basis
• Define and regularly review Risk Management configurations (Limits of placing by content) according to the evolution of P&L and data available (Results by sport / league / market)
• Manage player risks
• Monitor the actions of players detected as potentially problematic by creating all the necessary alerts
• Constantly reflect on the discovery of new problematic gambling patterns for the bookmaker and discuss the subject with the Integrity service
• Assist the Risk & Fraud departments in their analyses (Bring the Risk Management / Integrity part to the constitution of files)
• Validate promotions considered by marketing after a risk analysis
  
  

Profil

YOUR PROFILE

• The websites operate 24/7, so you will be available according to the department’s schedules
• You have a good understanding of the sports betting universe (customers and competitors), mathematical and statistical logic
• You like competition sports, player behavioural logic and the casino universe
• You are ethical, have an analytical spirit and a good ability to prioritize
• You are structured, thorough and a good listener
• You know how to manage stress and accept criticism
• You are autonomous and solution/result-oriented
• You know how to show empathy
• You are creative and multi-skilled
• You have excellent spelling
• You have at least a B2 level of English. If you know another language it is even better.
