Job content

As a Treasury Manager you will join the corporate treasury team of Agfa and you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the treasury operations worldwide and for co-directing the pension funds of the group. Your job is situated on both strategic and operational level.

Tasks

  • You are responsible for the daily liquidity management of the group
  • You are responsible for managing the currency position of the subsidiaries
  • You ensure the conclusion and monitoring of intercompany loans
  • You will be responsible for the management of foreign exchange and money market transactions with banks
  • You will analyze the impact of financial market risk hedging on the group’s results
  • You ensure the follow-up and management of the guarantee portfolio
  • You will analyze and optimize the global cash management structure
  • You actively participate in managing the group’s major pension funds, including monitoring and maintaining professional relations with external partners (asset managers, actuaries, supervisory authorities, etc.), monitoring investment portfolios, financing, etc.
  • You advise and work closely with other departments and colleagues worldwide as an expert in your field
  • You question the current way of working and suggest improvements where possible

Profile

  • You have a Master in Finance and at least 5 years of experience in a relevant Finance environment
  • You have experience in corporate treasury, and this in an international environment
  • You have (preferably) knowledge of pension funds
  • You have strong analytical skills
  • You have good negotiation skills
  • You are good at setting priorities and dealing with deadlines
  • You work independently and take responsibility
  • You are stress resistant
  • You are communicative and you can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English
  • You function excellently in a team
  • You have a very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and you have experience with SAP TRM and FI
