What you will do:

The Treasury Operations Analyst Belgium reports directly to the Treasury Operations Manager Belgium and is responsible for assisting with all Belgium Treasury operations processes of New Consumer Health Company (NCHC). This includes supporting all activities related to the execution and continuous improvement of treasury operations related to the bank connectivity and treasury accounting activities.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Support global cash visibility for all affiliates in the different regions (EMEA, ASPAC, US, LATAM)

• Prepare financial reporting, by collecting and validating data from other teams and regions

• Act as key stakeholder in Treasury projects and participate in ad hoc projects to improve current treasury processes and technologies that facilitate operational efficiencies

• Support daily management of the reconciliation of bank accounting transaction activities

• Assist with the SWIFT bank connectivity infrastructure and daily management of the processes

• Business partnering across the treasury organization
• Execute transactional and general accounting for treasury activities of global affiliates

While Treasury experienced is preferred for this role, it is not a requirement. Applicants with general finance experience at an Analyst or Senior Analyst level will also be considered for this position.

• Strong analytic skills – Ability to standardize varying data process/inputs

• Strong verbal, and written communication skills

• Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity

• Strong capabilities in MS Excel

• Ability to develop strong working relationships with a broad range of individuals

• Fluent in English as a minimum

• Master’s degree and/or BBA in business administration, finance, accounting or economics

• Knowledge of cash management, accounting, finance, tax and banking relationships

• Experience in Treasury Operations or General Finance

• Experience in Treasury Management Systems
