Pauwels Consulting is looking for a System Engineer to strengthen our Infrastructure team. Are you the one-in-a-kind System engineer that dares to take on challenging projects at our clients?

The main responsibilities include:
  • Represent as a Unified Communications and Collaboration expert with both operational and design engineering responsibilities in a diverse telecommunications infrastructure environment
  • Work closely with both IT and business partners to design and implement solutions supporting business needs
  • Project Lead to replace all Cisco Endpoint towards Microsoft Teams
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support and troubleshooting towards internal and external clients
  • Responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting complex Collaboration, Enterprise voice, and Unified Communication issues and, within a team, design and implement critical business systems aligned with corporate strategic direction
  • As required, perform root cause analysis, incident management, communication with internal clients / business partners / Service team members
  • Participate in all phases of system development life cycle, from requirements analysis through system implementation.

Have you got what it takes?
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology field
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft O365 (Unified Communication), Cloud Computing strategies, Azure Active Directory, security administration, Server and Networking platforms, automation services, or other related subject area
  • Solid experience in managing IS projects of medium to large complexity
  • Experience with architecting, designing, deploying, and managing Microsoft technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to train users and take a lead role developing the strategy for behavior change
  • Work and develop solutions with agile methodology
  • You speak French, Dutch and English
