PRACSIS, a European affairs communications consultancy, is seeking an event manager to carry out tasks such as:

  • assisting with the organisation and delivering of programmes and events, including online and hybrid events (conferences, webinars, debates, consultations, networking, etc.);
  • contacting and liaising with events partners, stakeholders and events’ organisers;
  • organising preparatory meetings and ensuring the follow-up of events timelines;
  • assisting with events implementation, logistical support for registration, (rooms) setup, contacts with participants and speakers, interpretation arrangements, etc.;
  • following-up the events functional mailboxes and tools related to events organisation;
  • formatting and uploading of content, maintaining the events’ website/platforms;
  • promoting knowledge sharing and dissemination of information, helping exchange best practices among the platforms’ members and across communities;
  • contributing to reports, statistics and other support activities linked to events.

The candidate has at least 5 years of experience as event manager and should have excellent drafting skills in English. Extensive work experience with digital tools is very important. Work experience with European Institutions is an important asset.
