EPP Pricing Platform is the leading business platform for pricing and RGM professionals. We serve the community with the EPP Academy, EPP Events and EPP Prime.

For our events team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Events Operations and Customer Service Manager.

Main tasks include :

Support the Events Manager in daily tasks, including :

Events delegate list

  • Keep track of the delegate list
  • Follow up exhibition passes and update the delegate list

Manual registrations

  • Manually registering of group reservation or
  • special requests that cannot be processed automatically

Invoices

  • Issue manual invoices when needed - and send it to the attendee
  • Follow up pending invoices

Forum logistics

· Ensure all material is on-site and comes back to the logistic ‘hub’

On-site event support

Admin support

CRM contact dbase updates

You work closely together with the Events manager, Events marketeers and Event producers.

This is a full time engagement.
