We’re looking for someone dynamic and proactive to join the team working on Odoo Experience, our biggest event of the year, taking place every September in Belgium.

Your role will be to sell booths, Startup Village spots, and upsell tickets. You’ll also follow up with partners and leads and make sure they have a smooth and positive experience leading up to the event.

You’ll do a lot of prospection, so we’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to reach out, even without a ready-made list.

Responsibilities:

  • Sellexhibitor stands, Startup Village booths, and ticket upgrades
  • Prospectand reach out to potential partners and attendees
  • Managerelationships with existing leads and clients

Must have:

  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable with prospecting
  • Autonomous, proactive, and organized
  • Available to start beginning of November
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Valid work permit for Belgium

Nice to have:

  • Experience in sales, event planning, or partnerships
  • Interest in tech, startups, or the event industry
  • Knowledge of Odoo or our ecosystem
