Wanted: Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a full time field service engineer to join our team in Belgium (Herentals). Your job will be to act as the first line of support of our customers, helping them remotely and on-site. From installs to yearly calibrations visits, you will be a friend of the family to many of our customers.

Your profile

  • Relevant technical degree. Young graduates are welcome.
  • A traveller’s mindset. Willing and able to travel internationally.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in at least Dutch and English, extra languages are a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
  • The following interests would be an asset:

Food industry and quality inspection

Computer vision and AI

Software and programming
