About the role

As we grow, we’re looking for a Finance Operations Associate to keep our financial operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain valuable experience in finance and business operations within an innovative and fast-paced environment. What Would Your Responsibilities Look Like

  • Take ownership of the invoicing process: prepare, issue, and send customer invoices with precision.
  • Ensure smooth tracking of timesheets and follow up on submissions to keep our operational data accurate.
  • Stay on top of receivables, sending timely payment reminders to ensure a healthy cash flow.
  • Support project management by creating, updating, and closing projects in our project management system.
  • Process purchase orders (POs) and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize administrative workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure financial and administrative processes are followed and compliance is met.

Job requirements

About You

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • You have your first work experience (with a maximum of 3 years) in administrative support, and you are eager to develop your career in finance and operations.
  • Experience in working with NetSuite will be considered a big plus.
  • You’re highly detail-oriented, structured, and enjoy working in a process-driven way.
  • You have a proactive mindset and love getting things done; following up is second nature to you.
  • You’re comfortable working with numbers and financial data.
  • You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You can prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • You show a willingness to work in a hybrid working model.
  • You have a valid driver’s license or will obtain this in the next 6 months.
