We are looking for a Financial Analyst (m/f) for Johnson & Johnson. You will be working from CBRE HQ at Diegem.
Within the CBRE Global workplace solutions, we are looking for a profile to join the team in charge of the financials and reporting of the Enterprise Laboratory Services contract of Johnson & Johnson in EMEA. Through this contract, CBRE provides maintenance and repair services to Johnson & Johnson’s laboratory equipment. The current scope in Europe is spread across four countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland & Spain.
Key responsablities:
Main tasks are financial support to the account through day-to-day value-adding financial analysis: i.e.
- Assistance in the preparation of both internal and client reporting packages
- Assistance in the month-end process and account analysis
- Support compilation of annual budgets and regular forecasts both internally (CBRE) and externally (Client)
- Provide driving & valued input to the operational team
Profile:
  • Qualifications are strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to effectively present information;
  • Knowledge of basic financial terms, concepts and accounting principles;
  • Team player who likes to take initiative and act proactively;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is a must!
  • Critical mindset and numerical reasoning skills; experience with data analytical skills using Excel (PivotTables, lookups, sumifs).
