For a renowned client, active in the technological sector, we are currently looking for a Financial Assistant. Do you have some prior experience in accounting, do you like working in a global structure, but on a smaller scale? Are you available on short notice? Then this job might be interesting for you!

As Financial Assistant you will be responsible for:



  • Assisting the finance manager in day to day accounting tasks relating to AP and AR
  • Checking invoices and handling reminders
  • Communicate with suppliers as well as clients via email and over the phone
  • Providing administrative support

Profile of ideal Financial Assistant:



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or economics or are equivalent through experience
  • 2-3 years of prior experience in a similar role
  • You can work in English, but are also able to speak both French and Dutch
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in Navision is an asset
  • You ideally have some experience in US GAAP
