About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Business Manager is responsible for analyzing Brand performances (sales, expenses) and their financial consequences and delivers timely Brand, Regional and Corporate reporting.

The Financial Planning & Analysis Business Manager conducts any specific financial analysis upon request of Local or Regional Departments and coordinates business partners and improves business processes. He/She controls financial results by full P&L monitoring and by following policies and procedures and assesses monthly consolidated reporting, providing relevant comments of full year’s impact on Affiliates/Brands.

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Business Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Active participation in Integrated Business Planning meetings
  • Accurate submission of Monthly Estimates
  • Budget Preparation and Control
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
  • Support in the calculations and executions of Strategic Scenarios
  • Management of the Business Analyst team (2.0 FTE)

BUDGET PREPARATION

  • Analyze and validate Operating Expenses
  • Calculate and review Gross to Net / COG
  • Interpret Key Performance Indicators

FINANCIAL REPORTING AND ANALYSIS

  • Develop and execute accurate analysis using BI/Power BI/OneStream
  • Build and review Segment, Business Type, Retailer/Door P&L
  • Follow-up of CAPEX Budget, Estimates and Actuals

Qualifications
  • Master degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related area
  • Very strong analytical skills and capacity to handle a multitude of projects and issues at one time
  • Ability to interact with all levels within an organization
  • Real sense of organization, autonomous and hands on
  • Experience with financial systems (SAP, OS, BI, Power BI) is a must
  • Proven experience in similar position is preferred
  • Prior people management experience
  • Excellent level of Dutch and English, French is a plus (written and spoken)
