North Sea Aviation Center is the business terminal at Ostend-Bruges International Airport and provides ground handling services to business, general, offshore, and military aviation. Our motivated team is searching for a fulltime like-minded with interest in the aviation and service sector.
As a Flight Administrator, you are responsible for the daily operations at our terminal. The function has a diverse scope with the emphasis on customer service and operations. All responsibilities are a combination of communication, administration and hands-on activities and are performed in compliance with safety, quality, and prescribed procedures. You have to coordinate with customers, airport departments and authorities in such a way to deliver high-end service. The organisational skills and mindset of the flight administrator will project in the sky high excellence representing our FBO. All responsibilities are performed in compliance with safety, quality, and prescribed procedures.
Responsibilities of the Flight Administrator include:
- Processing handling requests correctly in our portal upon receipt.
- Communication with our customer
- Organisation of scheduling by keeping track of aircraft en-route and schedule updates
- Welcoming passengers and assist with their personal belongings
- Providing the necessary support to crew
- Executing ground handling tasks such as towing and operating equipment for aircraft
- Organisation services such as catering, VIP transport, hotel accommodation, etc.
- Coordination with airport services and authorities such as customs, fuel, security, etc.
- Administration of invoicing and payments
- Serving as first point of contact for all customers and stakeholders in the terminal
Requirements:
- Living in a radius no further than 45mins from NSAC
- Willing to work irregular hours and weekends
- Service minded and operationally strong
- Handling last minute changes in work schedule
- Interest in aviation and willing to expand knowledge
- Be fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus but not required
- In possession of a driver’s license
- Eager to learn, inhouse training will be provided
- Experience in aviation, customer service or a similar role is a plus.
