Functieomschrijving

As the Foreign Support coördinator for West Flanders, you will be responsible for assisting workers coming from abroad. Your role will involve supporting their accommodation, guiding them through administrative steps such as registering at the city hall and obtaining health insurance, and much more.

You will establish contact with these workers before their arrival in Belgium, preparing them with a clear and detailed presentation of their future life here and how Accent can assist them during their initial steps. Once they arrive, you will be the one to welcome them and provide support during their integration period.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 70 individuals, ensuring they feel at home and supported during this crucial period of their lives.

  • preparation for the arrival of the workers from abroad
  • welcome of the workers
  • guidance of the workers regarding their staying in Belgium and integration
  • regularly visit the locations
  • sign documents
  • report problems
  • arrange the relocation of the workers if necessary
  • issuance of welcome document + welcome package
