Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and negotiating contracts. The Account Manager will also be responsible for providing technical support to clients, addressing their concerns and providing solutions on complexities related to retractable seating systems, fixed seating and staging systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, including proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing accounts
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Technical knowledge of retractable seating systems and/or staging systems or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Reliability, adaptability, and strong problem-solving abilities
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred
  • Experience in project management or the construction industry is a plus.
