Description

At Tom&Co, we are looking for dynamic colleagues to strengthen our team in administrative and financial areas by ensuring everything is in perfect order in our various systems and helping colleagues with all their questions. As an AP accountant, you will be part of the finance team and responsible for following up on our accounts payable. You will be the main point of contact within the finance team for all internal and external questions regarding the financial aspect of our suppliers.


Responsabilities

  • Timely booking of our purchase invoices.
  • Monitoring the approval process, maintaining close contact with all departments within the organization.
  • Full ownership of our accounts payable.
  • Main communication point for all financial questions from our suppliers.
  • Support during month-end and year-end closings, where you can build your first GL experience.
  • Reporting and working closely with our Head of Accounting.


Profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP and thorough knowledge of Excel.
  • Results-oriented with an analytical mind and attention to detail.
  • Diplomatic but assertive interactions with customers and suppliers.
  • Strong administrative skills, accuracy, and a structured work style.
  • Proactive attitude with a critical eye on current processes.
  • Good command of Dutch and/or French, both spoken and written.
  • A curious team player who draws energy from both operational and advisory roles.
