Position Summary

As AP Accountant with a focus on processing invoices and expenses you will join our dynamic and international finance team in our HQ in Mechelen (Belgium). You will support them and our sales teams across 10 European countries.

What will be your responsibilities

  • Processing accounts payable, bank statements and payments
  • Supporting accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
  • Checking expense reports with corresponding invoices and receipts
  • Booking expenses and hotel invoices in SAP for payments
  • Creating, updating and maintaining employee files
  • Supporting the training of our new starters on expense submissions
  • Assisting employees with expense related questions

What do we require?

  • A first relevant experience with expenses or in an accounting role
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and eager to learn more
  • Analytical mindset and high level of ownership
  • Detail oriented and good Excel knowledge
  • Strong communication skills in English
