Application Developer

We currently have a vacancy for an Application Developer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your Tasks

• Design and development of components back-end/front-end;
• Production of software documentation;
• Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users;
• Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting;
• Review of the architecture of existing systems.
  

Requirements

• University degree in IT combined with 6 years of IT professional experience;

• In depth knowledge of Web applications design;
• Proven experience of Java/JEE (JDK 8, Java EE 7, Hibernate, JDBC);
  
• Experience of Web (Angular) and Frameworks (Spring);
• Excellent knowledge of Web (XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, TypeScript, Prototype JS);
  
• Strong experience in Frameworks (Vaadin) and in CMIS compliant tools like Alfresco and Apache chemistry;
• In depth knowledge of Build tool (Maven) and IDE (Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA o Application server: WebLogic 12);
• Excellent knowledge of Database (Oracle 11g and SQL);
• Capability to write clear and structure technical documents;
• Excellent command of the English language.
