Flamant, the Belgian interiors specialist, has been taken over by BESIX Group. Flamant is in Belgium and abroad famous for its interior decoration and concepts. It was established in 1978 and is an official royal warrant holder since 2007. It has six of its own stores (Flamant Knokke, Sint-Martens-Latem, Sint-Genesius-Rode, Antwerp, Brussels), including one in Paris. Its products are also available in more than 200 stores worldwide.

Job Description

As a project architect, you are responsible for realizing challenging projects of varying size and complexity. Each project bears your personal signature and reflects the quality we stand for.

  • You work independently and in a structured manner on projects in all phases, from concept to delivery.
  • You are the central pivot in the project and ensure smooth communication with clients, contractors and all other construction partners.
  • You translate architectural choices into reality, taking into account all boundary conditions.
  • You have good communication and organizational skills in managing your project employees.
  • You are up-to-date with the latest knowledge in the field of construction costs, sustainability, construction techniques, EPB, acoustics and more
  • A professional appearance, eagerness to learn and team spirit
  • Independent deployment, at least 4 days a week
  • Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and/or SketchUp
  • Excellent command of Dutch, English, French is a plus

Qualifications

  • You have a diploma in architecture (or ir. architect)
  • You have at least 4 years of experience (incl. internship)
  • You are driven, accurate, independent, eager to learn and stress-resistant.
  • You are familiar with Autodesk Revit or would like to learn it
  • You are familiar with following up a project from A to Z.
  • You have a driving license B to be able to travel to external appointments and sites.
