ROLE

We are looking for qualified and enthusiastic professionals with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience within the investment services domain. This could be investment or asset management firms, trading companies, or investment departments within retail or private banks.

Your role involves some of the following responsibilities and tasks depending on your expertise, seniority, and interests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Client Reporting Officer at a major asset manager, you will put your experience and economic/financial knowledge to use for:

• Collecting and validating data on mandates, funds and benchmarks
• Using IT systems and processes during the production phase of the reports
• Performing quality control of the produced reports
• Follow-up on all performance and portfolio analysis concepts in order to be able to respond to any type request or report, mostly from clients, but also from the sales teams
• Participation in the implementation of small projects to set up new services or improve existing services to our clients

PROFILE

• Master in Business, Finance or Mathematics or Computer Sciences
• Keen interest in financial markets and financial instruments
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and VBA programming
• Analytical mind
• Team player, with a sense of initiative
• Fluent in at least two of the following languages; English, French and/or Dutch
