The opportunity

ASTRA stands for “Acquiring Systems Top Robustness & Availability) and is a cross - organizational quality methodology, aiming at improving all components of sound operations (process, people, systems).

As Astra Project manager, your mission is to drive this methodology for strategic, high volume platforms, involving multiple teams in an international environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include

· You are in charge of specific Astra projects within the defined scope, quality, budget and timeframe

· You lead in-depth and complete diagnostics to pro-actively detect the main potential challenges, translated into a risk assessment of probability/impact

Translate this Quantified risk assessment into a planning of respective improvement actions, per identified high risk, with highest return and shortest elapsed time

· You steer, monitor and coordinate activities of the Astra project end-to-end

· You provide leadership and motivation to involved teams

· You lead efforts to solve any issue encountered during projects roll-out

· You are able to develop frameworks (work breakdown structure) to meet the requirements and scope of deliverables

· You are flexible, to identify, new challenges & to manage the needed scope changes

Skills we can’t do without

· Experience in an international project/program management role focusing on resilience, transformation, business solutions and digital transformation services

· Being a real transformation driver

· Experience in Risk Management

· Ability to work engaging various expertise (Technical infrastructure, IT applications, governance, IT processes, Compliance, .....)

· Ability to set up status updates, dashboards and reporting frameworks

· Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English.

· Ability to communicate with all stakeholders (executives, technical teams, risk, compliance, security, business …)

Skills We’d Like

· Degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)

· Familiarity with Payment ecosystem and technologies

· Proficiency in a second language (Dutch, French, German, ..) is an asset
