Barco Demetra is a novel medical device offering a smarter way of doing skin examinations.

The Demetra software development team is growing and again looking for2 motivated back-end developers (junior or experienced) to join us.

If you are a Back-end Developer that gets excited about complex AWS architectures then we are looking for you.

Our architecture does not only require support for future scaling, but is also expanding with brand new functionalities.

These are either functional and improve user experience or are e.g. required to bridge to EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems.

Your Profile
  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering/IT
  • Ideally you have a first professional knowledge of building production quality cloud solutions.
  • Being familiar with AWS, AWS Lambda, AWS Cloud Formation, AWS Cloud Trail, AWS Cloud Watch and related DevOps & CI/CD is of course a strong asset
  • You have experience with SQL Databases and designing REST APIs
  • The following languages are used: Typescript, Javascript, Python, Node.js
  • You are a team player who likes to share with & learn from other colleagues
