About Our Client
Our client, a leading provider of transport solutions is currently looking for a customer service agent for their branch located in Zaventem.
Job Description
- You provide the orders of your customers on a daily basis
- You follow up on the orders of your clients and inform them about the delivery times
- You process everything carefully in the ERP-system
- You deal with complaints
- You propose the best distribution solutions
- You support technical questions from customers
The Successful Applicant
- Bilingual Dutch and French
- Orderly and accurate
- Independent results-oriented work with a sense of responsibility
- You have a service-oriented and customer-focused attitude
