To support our growth and develop our Human Resources team in Brussels, we are looking for (f/m/x):
Benelux HR Communication and Corporate Responsibility Officer
Description of the function
As our HR Communication specialist, you work with all HR team members of Sopra Banking Software on communications initiatives, projects and programs. You’ll plan, develop and execute an internal communication program addressing all of our Benelux employees, in line with the Sopra Banking Software culture. You support all HR domains to create strategic communication campaigns, including innovative ways to engage employees in line with the different HR strategies. You make the bridge between the HR-team and the employees.
As our Corporate-Responsibility officer, you develop the ethical, environmental-friendly, and community-minded projects to make the world a better place for all humanity. Your goal is to involve as many employees as possible in those projects, and raise a positive awareness of Sopra Banking Software’s commitment to sustainable corporate responsibility.
Communication:
- Align the Benelux HR communication with guidelines from SBS HQ
- Apply the SBS employee-branding in all HR-communication
- Build a communication plan and planning to reach the communication goals
- Modernize and distribute our weekly HR e-newsletter. Get the content from the experts and transform them in a nice-to-read start of the week for all of us.
- Responsible for managing the global HR communication mailbox: redirecting our employees to the different publications available and/or redirecting the questions from our employees to the designated HR expert if needed.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the HR-publications on our internal platform: when the content is delivered by the experts, the formatting and publication is your responsibility.
Corporate Responsibility:
- Set up the local Corporate Responsibility plan in line with the global SBS objectives.
- Support the local deployment of global SBS initiatives to contribute to the global SBS Corporate Responsibility program
- Coordinate and organize multiple local projects and events to raise the awareness of employees on the different CR-topics.
- Report the local initiatives in the different pillars (social, environmental,solidarity) to the SBS CR Management
- Communicate and promote the SBS CR commitments and missions to achieve these
Profile description
- You have a strong interest in social involvement and Human Resources and max 2 years of experience
- You are a dynamic and creative person, who is at home with any digital communication channel;
- You have very good written and verbal communication skills;
- You can handle confidential and sensitive information;
- You have the ability to prioritize multiple projects delivering results within deadlines;
- You are stress resilient;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Forms and Excel is an asset
- Languages:
Fluent in Dutch, French and English (spoken and written)
