To strengthen our Assistants Team in the Boost Unit, based in our Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Boost Unit Assistant.

Interested? For this position you’ll need the followingeducation, experienceandskills:

• To foster the diversity within the team we welcome experienced assistants as well as young graduates with a minimum of 1st experience as Assistant (incl. traineeship)
• Good knowledge of MS Teams
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and quickly adapts to new systems
• Excellent communication skills and effective working relationship with Management & assistants (internally and with our business partners)
• Resilience / ability to adapt to change
• Be fluent in written and spoken English, French and/or Dutch being a strong advantage
• Have the ability to handle diverse activities, projects and people at one time
• Show willingness to learn quickly and have an open and adaptable personality
• Be motivated, reliable and with a positive attitude
