A growing Insurance company is currently looking to hire a Business Analyst to join their offices in Brussels. Thanks to your experience in Life Insurance, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have an essential role within your team to help improve internal processes.

Your main responsibilities as the new Business Analyst will include:

  • You make proposals to improve/optimise processes.
  • You ensure that the company understands and uses the various operational processes.
  • You monitor the various developments of the management applications in collaboration with suppliers.
  • You will assist the various departments/teams in carrying out their tasks in terms of operational processes and the management applications used.
  • Regular critical re-evaluation of existing processes and applications, whether initiated by the company and/or IT.

Your profile:

  • You have a higher-level education or equivalent by experience.
  • You have proven experience in life insurance, preferably 2nd pillar and branch23 products. Knowledge of non-life products is considered an asset.
  • You have previous experience in using CRM, brokerage software and insurance management applications. Knowledge of SQL and data modelling is considered an asset.
  • Financial experience in the field of reporting in the insurance sector is considered an asset.
  • Proven experience in project management and the methodologies used (Agile and/or Waterfall) is a plus.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French.
