Business Analyst Logistics

Function

As a business Analyst, you identify, analyse and assess new topics on the IT product roadmap for the domain Logistics, through co-creation with customers, suppliers, business stakeholders and other business analysts worldwide.

By creating business cases you ensure the IT product roadmap remains in line with the overall TVH strategy so that TVH continues to take major steps in its digital transformation.

You elaborate high-level use cases (epics) in function of the goals and metrics defined in the business case so that the functional analyst can proceed with the in depth system analysis.

In order to have a framework in which business changes can be discussed, you keep the processes and process improvements documentation up-to-date throughout BPMN, mockups, wireframes etc.

Profile

Must have

  • Master diploma in IT, applied economics (or other business oriented degree) or equivalent by experience
  • General base knowledge of software development
  • minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis or business process management
  • Very good knowledge of English

Nice to have

  • Experience in and/or good knowledge of business processes
  • Knowledge of UML/BPMN/DMN
