Business Analyst (Safety Domain) - French/Dutch speaking
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in the Safety Domain, fluent in French and/or Dutch, to join our team. You will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of safety coordination processes within our internal business projects. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, project management, and business architects, while being part of a dynamic and impactful project in Brussels.
Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst within the "Safety" projects, your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering, analysing, and communicating business requirements.
- Defining clear specifications and user acceptance criteria for tool selection, procurement, or development.
- Collaborating with IT partners to control and validate functional designs.
- Conducting requirements testing and preparing user acceptance tests (UAT).
- Documenting business processes, creating user manuals, and organizing training sessions.
- Supporting data migration efforts.
- Ensuring collaboration and alignment with Corporate Business Analyst Team, business/IT architects, and other stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Proven expertise in the Safety domain.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset with excellent communication abilities.
- Knowledge of IREB, ArchiMate, BPMN, and UML.
- Hands-on experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect.
- Fluency in French and/or Dutch is essential, along with good communication skills in English.
Additional Information:
- Location: Brussels - Emperor & Schaerbeek - Monnoyer.
- Eligibility: For non-EU candidates, you must possess a valid work permit and residence permit for Belgium.
