Join a dynamic environment where your expertise will facilitate a pivotal separation of supply chain operations in a rapidly changing landscape. We seek a skilled Supply Chain Business Analyst ready to tackle complex challenges in an effort to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high standards during the transition.

As an ideal candidate, you are an analytical thinker with a strong background in supply chain processes and experience in transition projects. If you have a passion for operational excellence, this role could be the right fit for you.

  • You document business processes, data flows, and system dependencies impacted by the separation.
  • You translate the business processes into functional and training documentation for the new entity.
  • You follow and support the roadmap and transition plan to ensure an effective separation of supply chain operations, minimizing disruptions.
  • You work closely with IT, planning, and logistics teams to ensure alignment between business and technology solutions.
  • You support data migration and system reconfiguration efforts.
  • You identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges arising from the split.
  • You provide ongoing monitoring and reporting on project progress, risks, and key milestones.
  • You are accountable for the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, including defining and executing test scenarios and following up on identified bugs.
  • You conduct sanity testing on the weekend before go-live.
  • You support the hyper-care phase post-go-live for issues related to the split.

Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business field.
  • You have proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in supply chain operations, ideally with experience in entity separations, mergers, or divestitures.
  • You possess strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • You have strong expertise in ERP systems, specifically for supply chain management.
  • You are proficient in Oracle Fusion Cloud and ERP systems.
  • You bring experience in supply chain management, including inventory and order management.
  • You are skilled at writing clear process documentation.
  • You have the ability to provide training to team members.
  • You demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • You show strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • You have a background in finance and/or procurement in a large company (nice-to-have).
  • You have experience in managing the separation of company divisions and processes (nice-to-have).
  • You have experience collaborating with offshore partners (nice-to-have).
  • You are proficient in English.
